Why You Need to Play: The Key to Shining Your Light Brighter 🌟

I recorded this message from the beautiful Lost River Valley in late November, reflecting on the importance of play and reconnecting with our inner child. During my solo retreat, I embraced moments of wonder and joy—watching wildlife, marveling at tracks in the snow, and reconnecting with the magic of being outdoors.

As adults (and healers), we often forget how vital play is to our well-being. It’s easy to get caught up in seriousness, especially in mission-driven work, but lightness of being is key to shining our light even brighter. This message invites us all to step back into a playful, childlike state and reclaim the joy we may have left behind.

A deeper layer of this exploration touches on the concept of sovereignty. While individuality and autonomy are vital steps in our journey, they’re ultimately part of the illusion of separation. True healing and connection come when we dissolve the walls of separateness and step into love—realizing we were never truly apart from one another.
